| Split | Trades | Net |
|---|---|---|

What the execution data shows
- #1 NQ took 18 points in 5.5 minutes on just 2 points of heat. NQ then kept climbing to 29,640.75, roughly 50 more points within the hour.
- #3 ES was the cleanest trade: zero heat, and 6.75 of a 7-point move, a 96% capture.
- #2 NQ was held 43 minutes through 21.75 points of heat before working. It captured 57% of its move. Right idea, but a lot of drawdown to sit through.
- #4 ES was my largest size, 4 lots, held 32 minutes, for 2 points. Same pattern as September 17 and October 4: ES size earns less than the NQ trades do.
Takeaway
The read was right all session: long into the Sunday rally. The best trades were quick and nearly heat-free. The next step up is a runner on clean entries like #1, and keeping ES size proportional to its smaller moves.
