2. Get Chris’s free Core Setup Guide

The free guide covers the same four setups in Chris’s own words, with his charts. It’s the fastest way to see whether his way of thinking fits yours. It costs an email address.

3. Read the book

VWAP Wave System: Day Trade the Futures Market with Structure, Context, and a Discretionary Edge is the full written framework: value, extension, balance versus imbalance, acceptance versus rejection, the setups, and risk. If you only spend money on one thing, spend it here. I re-read the chapters on context every few months.

4. Watch it traded live for seven days

Drysdale Trading Group runs live sessions through the open, group coaching most days, and a recording library. The trial is seven days of full access. My advice: don’t trade during the trial. Sit in the live room, watch how Chris classifies the day before he names a setup, and compare it with the course.

5. Put the toolkit on your chart

The VWAP Wave System Toolkit for TradingView draws the VWAP bands, Initial Balance, session and composite volume profile, and a dashboard that flags which of the four conditions the market is in. I built my own Pine versions before this existed, and I still keep my scripts, but the toolkit is the fastest way to see the system the way Chris sees it.

6. When you’re serious: the Inner Circle
