Net +$1,886.68 on 13 trades, 11 wins and 2 losses (85%), profit factor 7.32. An overnight swing, one clean RTH trade, and an evening of quick scalps. All three pieces finished green. One of them should not have been as comfortable as it looks.

What the execution data shows

  • #1, the overnight NQ, was held 11.7 hours, from 10:01 PM on the 21st to 9:42 AM. It took 28.75 of a 57.25-point best move, a 50% capture. It also sat through 217.75 points of heat along the way, so the overnight risk on that position was large.
  • #2 ES in the cash session was the best-executed trade of the day. 9.5 of an 11-point move, an 86% capture, on 0.75 points of heat.
  • The 8:00 PM block on Apex pair A went five for five. #4 took 7.75 points in 28 seconds.
  • The 9:16 PM block on Apex pair B was choppy, 2W–2L for −$53.40. #9 captured 6% of a 10-point move, and #11 on 4 lots was 6.4 points green before closing red.

Takeaway

Three different timeframes and all three paid. The evening scalps were sharpest early and got choppier after 9 PM. The overnight worked, but its drawdown was roughly eight times its final profit. The stop behind a position like that is worth a look before the next one.
