Net +$252.30 on 15 trades, 11 wins and 4 losses (73%), profit factor 1.42. A slow, rough start that I traded back to green. It took 15 trades to net what a single good trade usually makes.

What the execution data shows
- The first hour was a forced long. #4 NQ was held 22 minutes through 35 points of heat to lose 7.5 points. Sixteen minutes later, #5 bought the same price area again, was never green, and lost 10.75 points.
- #1 ES added a second contract a point lower and still lost. #2 was 1.75 points green and closed red.
- Once the market turned, the scalps were clean. #8 NQ took 8.5 of 9.25 points (92%), and #7 took 4 points in 11 seconds on half a point of heat.
- The last 10 trades all won, but they averaged under 4 NQ points each. That’s a lot of clicks and commissions for +$800.
- ES was negative again, the third time in the last five sessions.
Takeaway
The night’s damage came from re-buying a long that had already failed twice. A two-losses-then-pause rule would have saved about $370 and probably sharpened the rest of the night. The skill showed up later. The setup selection early on is what needs work.
